Website only Calculates shipping from Brisbane warehouse, so if in WA or SA please give us a call or email for your shipping quote.

ALL COMMERCIAL (address must be open between 9am-4pm) addresses need unloading facilites eg FORKLIFT or Tail Lift truck needs to be added at an additional cost. Any additional cost will be passed on via invoice.

In your cart when checking out if you select “customize freight quote” option, we will search for the cheapest possible freight option to you then will send you an invoice or an email with your different freight options.

We ship all over Australia and pride ourselves on giving you the best possible freight pricing on our products.

ALL FIRE PITS are FREE shipping. (anything over 35kg will be delivered to local depot for collection)

Shipping to remote areas and Northern Territory will require the freight charges to be calculated, please contact us for a freight quote.

Some remote areas will require pick up from a depot.

How long will I wait for my order?

Different locations will have shorter or longer waiting times. The average delivery time is 2-14 days.

Also please be aware once the freight has left our warehouses it is then in the hands of the freight companies, we generally do not have any issues of delays in freight but sometimes freight can be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances out of our control. We will always chase up freight and monitor deliveries but as stated it is the hands of the freight companies once it leaves us.

Do you offer international shipping?

At this time TKO Products does not ship outside of Australia.

Returns

• All discrepancies or damage must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of order.
• All returns must be within 5 days
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• Your item must be in the original packaging.
• Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
• 15% Re-stocking fee will apply for change of mind.

Refunds

• Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
• We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
• If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
• You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. All Freight Costs incurred by us plus 15% Re-stocking fee will apply for change of mind.
