Refund & Returns Policy

If something's not right with your order, TKO wants to make it easy to sort out.

Change of Mind

If you've simply changed your mind, let TKO know within 24 hours of receiving your order. Items need to come back unused and in their original packaging to be eligible. TKO offers exchanges as well as refunds for change of mind returns, as long as everything comes back in original packaging.

A 15% restocking fee applies to change of mind returns (17% for bar stools and bar furniture, which ship from a separate warehouse).

Damaged or Faulty Items

Let TKO know within 5 days of receiving your order if something's arrived damaged or faulty. 

How to Return Something

There's no form to fill out, just email sales@tkoproducts.com.au or call Bron on 0414 863 444 and she'll take it from there. Please note, used items can't be returned.

Refund Timeframes

Once your return arrives back with TKO, refunds are processed within 5 business days.

Freight on Returns 

Who covers the cost of returning an item depends on the situation, faulty or damaged items are treated differently to a straightforward change of mind. Get in touch with TKO and Bron will let you know what applies to your order.
