How Shipping Works

TKO ships Australia wide using Big Post and Interparcel, whichever works out cheapest for your order. At checkout, choosing "customise freight quote" triggers a $2.50 processing fee so TKO can find the best available freight price, then you'll get an invoice or email with the freight cost to confirm before it ships. If the quote comes back too high, you're welcome to cancel the order instead. 

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery time depends on where you are, but the average is 2 to 14 days from dispatch. Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday from the Brisbane or Perth warehouse.

Express Shipping

Need it sooner? Express shipping is available, just note it can be pricier than standard freight. Contact TKO for a quote. 

Tracking Your Order

Most orders come with a tracking link once they're dispatched. If tracking's available for your order, TKO will send it through, and if you're ever concerned about where your order's up to, just get in touch.

 Bigger and Heavier Items

Smaller items are delivered straight to your door. Larger items go to your nearest depot for collection. The bigger fire pits, like the Death Star at over 100kg of 6mm steel, need a paylift truck to deliver, so these are quoted individually.

If Something Goes Missing or Arrives Damaged

If that happens, just get in touch and TKO will help sort it out.

Shipping Outside Australia

TKO doesn't currently ship outside Australia. This information is subject to change without notice.
