Easy To Move and Store
Setting up the Pink Tiffany Chiavari Chair is a breeze. Easy to stack and lightweight. These chairs are made from 100% resin (no metal inserts) which makes them very lightweight but still able to hold substantial weight. Due to their lightweight structure, they are super easy to transport. When the party is over and it is time to pack up they are very compact to store.

The Pink Tiffany Chiavari chairs are truly all-weather chairs. Thanks to the UV stabilising ingredient added to the plastic your Resin Chair will maintain its colour even after being out in the sun for prolonged periods of time. This will keep your chairs looking great even after the event. If you get surprised by the weather and it starts to rain you won’t have to worry about the furniture. These chairs are waterproof.

We have an on-site calculator, simply enter the city and state where the chairs will be shipped to and you will be automatically generated a shipping cost. (METRO Areas only) Please contact us for areas outside METRO areas

Website only Calculates shipping from Brisbane warehouse, so if in WA or SA please give us a call or email for your shipping quote.
ALL COMMERCIAL (address must be open between 9am-4pm) addresses need unloading facilites eg FORKLIFT or Tail Lift truck needs to be added at an additional cost. Any additional cost will be passed on via invoice.

ALL FIRE PITS are FREE shipping. (anything over 35kg will be delivered to local depot for collection)
Shipping to remote areas and Northern Territory will require the freight charges to be calculated, please contact us for a freight quote.
Some remote areas will require pick up from a depot.
How long will I wait for my order?
Different locations will have shorter or longer waiting times. The average delivery time is 2-14 days.
Also please be aware once the freight has left our warehouses it is then in the hands of the freight companies, we generally do not have any issues of delays in freight but sometimes freight can be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances out of our control. We will always chase up freight and monitor deliveries but as stated it is the hands of the freight companies once it leaves us.

Returns
- All discrepancies or damage must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of order.
- All returns must be within 5 days
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
- 15% Re-stocking fee will apply for change of mind.
Refunds
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
- We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
- You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. All Freight Costs incurred by us plus 15% Re-stocking fee will apply for change of mind.
